The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients recently released from jail, helping them move from homelessness to permanent supportive housing through intensive case management. In partnership with DHS/ODR, the role focuses on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and coordinating health, housing, and community services to support independence and housing stability. 100% onsite, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm, located at Vanowen Street, North Hollywood. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
