Veteran Housing Stability Case Manager

STGi is seeking a Case Manager for the HUD-VASH program in Los Angeles, CA. You will provide clinical case management to up to 25 Veterans, conduct assessments, educate households, and develop housing stability plans with strong field/outreach work. The role requires coordinating with VA and housing partners, delivering mental health and substance abuse counseling within scope, and advocating for veterans to access wrap-around services. #J-18808-Ljbffr STGi
