Housing Stability Case Manager (Onsite)
The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive support to Clients facing homelessness. This role includes maintaining Client relationships and managing a caseload with a focus on achieving housing stability through evidence-based practices. As a Case Manager, you will collaborate with Clients, assist them in overcoming barriers to housing, and guide them towards self-sufficiency. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with a preference for those having case management experience.
