The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for Enlightenment Plaza, Voltaire Villas. This 100% onsite role supports clients’ housing stability and community integration, coordinating services across health, housing, and social supports. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop collaborative plans, and help recently housed clients maintain stability while teaching essential life skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
