Bilingual Spanish Case Manager — Housing & Recovery
Violence Intervention Program
The Violence Intervention Program is seeking a Case Manager to join the Housing Supportive Services Program in Los Angeles. You will provide intensive, community-based behavioral health services for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, focusing on housing stability and recovery. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, deliver field-based services, and help clients pursue employment, education, and social supports. #J-18808-Ljbffr Violence Intervention Program
