The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) Case Manager to serve clients across the greater Los Angeles area, promoting housing stability and access to health and income supports. You will assess needs, coordinate wrap-around services, and work with partners to secure permanent housing in collaboration with HSH. Travel between sites to support individuals with housing, health, mental health, and income goals, while documenting progress and maintaining client #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
