Housing Stability Case Manager - Scattered Sites (LA)
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a dedicated Case Manager, Scattered Site Housing, to join our permanent housing team in the greater Los Angeles area. You will travel between sites to support clients in attaining and sustaining permanent housing through collaboration with DHS and HSH. Responsibilities include assessing housing stability, providing stabilization services, coordinating health and income resources, and maintaining comprehensive client files within HIPAA guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
