Bilingual Housing Stability Case Manager
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Case Manager to support clients’ housing stability and community integration in a 100% onsite setting in Los Angeles. You will work with clients experiencing homelessness, coordinating services to achieve housing retention and independence. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, collaborating with DMH and DHS partners, and maintaining detailed records while upholding trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
