The People Concern is seeking a Case Manager, System Navigator for The Nest in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid role supports renters at risk of eviction through intake, assessment, and linkage to rental assistance, legal resources, and supportive services. You will coordinate with housing, legal, and community partners, maintain thorough case notes, and advocate with landlords to stabilize tenancies.
