The People Concern
The People Concern seeks a Case Manager for our 1603-Housing Retention program, based onsite at Vermont Corridors, LA. You will support clients’ housing stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration using evidence-based practices in a trauma-informed, housing-first framework. You will manage a high-acuity caseload, coordinate with DMH & DHS, assist with benefits, and connect clients to health and social services to promote sustainable housing outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
