Housing Stability Case Manager
The People Concern
The People Concern seeks a Case Manager to provide intensive, client-centered case management at our Samoshel interim housing site in Santa Monica. You will coordinate services, advocate for housing stability, and maintain confidentiality while supporting clients toward permanent housing. Onsite work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a focus on wrap-around services and community resource connections. Experience with homelessness and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
