Housing-First Case Manager I
St Joseph Center
St. Joseph Center is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to provide intensive services for clients facing chronic homelessness and mental health disorders. The role involves building relationships with various agencies and supporting clients in their journey to secure stable housing. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have experience working with vulnerable populations.
