Join our Team – Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen – Perth Amboy, NJ Employment Specialist 120, Perth Amboy, NJ Salary: $43,000 Responsibilities Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team grounded in the housing‑first approach and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Middlesex County. Establish a trusting relationship with families and work with them to identify their vocational and/or employment goals. Use a holistic planning approach to assist families with life‑skills training, job readiness, skills building, and linkages to employment. Provide rotating 24/7 coverage. Perform case management/documentation with DCP&P and providers as necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Flexible schedule days and nights. Acceptable driving history.
