Scheduling Operations Lead
St. Paul Pediatric Dentistry
The Scheduling Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing all patient scheduling operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and family-friendly experience. This role leads the front-end scheduling team, optimizes provider schedules, and ensures patients are seen in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.This position's sole responsibility is overseeing and building a productive schedule across all locations for all providers. This position will not require any insurance work but will include a high volume of patient and team communication. If you thrive on creating relationships and fostering community while maintaining productivity, our private practice is for you.
