One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning-Residential HVAC Service Technician – $50K–$100K+ | No Commercial | No On-Call Burnout

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Run residential-only service and maintenance calls
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Explain issues clearly and give homeowners honest options
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
• Work with a team that actually has your back (dispatch, parts, management)

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Solid communication — you can talk to homeowners without making it awkward
• Pride in your work and doing things the right way
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
