Position Highlights Primary Care Physician, Family or Internal Medicine – Full‑Time Outpatient Location: 915 S. Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL What You Will Need Illinois Medical License or License Pending Completion of Internal Medicine residency and board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Family/Internal Medicine Pay Range $222,369 – $356,709. Compensation will reflect experience, certifications, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance. What You Will Do Develop and maintain a clinical practice with a minimum of 36 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month (subset of the 36 bookable hours). These hours include morning/evening/weekend coverage. Participate in weekday and weekend on‑call rotations. Teach house staff and medical students as assigned. Collaborate with a fully integrated, academic affiliate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at The University of Chicago.
