Strategic Project Manager - M&A and Growth Strategy

What You’ll Do The Strategic Project Manager – M&A and Growth Strategy will lead and support high-impact initiatives tied to acquisitions, integration, and strategic growth. This role will help evaluate opportunities, coordinate M&A-related workstreams, and translate business priorities into clear plans, governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, this individual will bring structure to complex and confidential initiatives, support decision‑making, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure strategic growth initiatives deliver business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects tied to M&A, integration, growth strategy, and business priorities. Support acquisition evaluation, due diligence coordination, integration planning, and post-close tracking. Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, timelines, workstreams, owners, and success measures. Coordinate inputs across key functions, including Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Market Intelligence. Track progress, risks, decisions, value realization, and business outcomes. Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials. Facilitate alignment across senior leaders and functional teams. Support repeatable M&A and strategic project tools, templates, dashboards, and governance routines. What makes you a good fit Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, M&A integration, business transformation, PMO leadership, or strategic project management. Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders. Exposure to M&A, due diligence, integration, corporate development, or complex transformation strongly preferred. Strong project management discipline, including planning, governance, risk management, executive reporting, and benefits tracking. Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to support business cases, investment decisions, and value tracking. Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear plans and recommendations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. High level of discretion, judgment, ownership, and comfort working in confidential environments. Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools. PMP certification preferred; demonstrated project management proficiency required. Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing, distribution, building materials, or similar sectors is a plus. The salary range for this role is $105,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
