Requirements

• Leadership experience managing clinical or customer-facing teams
• Background in dialysis, nephrology, or healthcare operations
• Proven account management and customer success track record
• Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned Western U.S. territory
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
