The Shandy Clinic is an 11-location multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider based in Colorado. We provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to our clients. Fundamentally, our team makes us who we are, and our team sets us apart. We are growing rapidly (we have over 300 team members now and expect to be over 400 next year!) and the Head of People will be foundational to our continued success. As Shandy's first Head of People, you will help us continue to figure out what a truly exceptional organization looks like and feels like and then build it with us. This means, among many other things, setting our teams up for success, creating an exceptional employee experience, and helping to build systems that enable our organization to scale our purpose-driven culture and our values as we grow. You will report directly to our CEO and will also support our overall organizational health and strategy as a member of our leadership team. Position Requirements Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field Salary
$160,000-$200,000 + Bonus based on experience and the ability to have a broad impact early EOE Statement

- An experienced people professional. You have successfully designed and implemented HR programs in a people-driven organization with extremely high expectations. You understand the nuts and bolts of designing highly effective recruitment, engagement, and performance development and management practices.
- A critical thinker and excellent communicator. You are thoughtful and analytical, and feel deeply comfortable utilizing both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. You love people! And, you are a natural relationship-builder with strong emotional intelligence who can build trust and confidence easily. You can partner with all levels of our organization to drive impact and achieve results.
- Responsible for your results. You strive for excellence in yourself and the people around you.
- Lead the strategic direction of our People Operations function, fundamentally, help continue to build a purpose-driven organization that changes children's lives every day
- Help nurture and grow our joy-filled culture that is rooted in our mission and values
- Set and communicate goals and strategy for achieving our recruiting and hiring vision
- Continue to position Shandy as the go-to workplace for team members who want to help us achieve our mission; build and expand our employer brand to help us attract remarkable people
- Create an employee experience vision and strategy that aligns with our goals and values, including achieving our engagement, retention, inclusion, and employee development objectives
- Collaborate with department heads to build a best-in-class training and leadership development program, and continue to develop performance management programs that support our culture and our goals
- Gather and monitor people data, communicate trends, develop action plans to meet our goals, and advise on department-specific initiatives
- Help build our people operations systems and infrastructure so that we can continue to set our employees up for success as we grow
- Ensure the effectiveness of our organizational design and clarity of responsibilities organization-wide
- Develop a compensation and benefits vision and strategy the helps us both recruit and retain a remarkable team; continuously gather insights and data to ensure that our compensation and benefits are competitive, cost effective, and compliant
- Help architect our diversity and inclusion program, embedding diversity and inclusion initiatives across our entire organization
- Provide leadership and execution on employee relations and HR policies; oversee employment law compliance and manage risk
