As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1‑on‑1 with kids diagnosed with autism, helping them build life‑changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. • 300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 for part‑time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• $2 per hour for weekend shifts
• $5 per hour for company‑observed holidays
