A background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human-services field is preferred. 2 years of direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks and TB testing COVID-19 vaccination may be required by certain partner schools/organizations Nice to Haves Current RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, or related field Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, or other language commonly spoken by client families) Familiarity with data collection platforms (CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink) Experience in school-based or clinic-based ABA settings Knowledge of PRT, NET, DTT, or FCT interventions Strong written and verbal communication skills Cultural responsiveness when working with diverse families CPR/First Aid certification Interest in career growth toward RBT or BCBA roles Schedule & Availability Start Part-Time, with a pathway to Full-Time based on your availability and client needs Minimum 15 hours/week Peak hours: Weekdays 2:00–8:00 PM and Sundays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (required) Full-Time requires open availability: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sat or Sun 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Maintain stated availability for at least 4 months for client consistency Service area: In-home sessions within 20 miles of your primary home ZIP Physical Requirements- This is an active, engaging clinical role!
