Responsibilities
Process warranty claims accurately and ensure all documentation meets manufacturer standards.
Coordinate with service technicians to obtain the necessary information for claim approvals.
Monitor claim status and follow up on any rejected or pending items to ensure timely reimbursement.
Maintain organized records of all service repairs and warranty documentation for future audits.
Serve as a bridge between the service department and the manufacturer's warranty representatives.
Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Requirements
Automotive service advisor or warranty claim processing experience.
Technical knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and claim submission portals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Strong organizational skills for managing detailed paperwork and deadlines.
Ability to interpret complex technical manuals and service bulletins.
Previous experience with dealer management software like Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP.
