Auto-Chlor System is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative focused exclusively on developing new business within the hospitality industry throughout the Buffalo and Rochester markets.

Your customers are the places people eat, drink, stay, and gather — restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, breweries, entertainment venues, schools, and other foodservice operations throughout Western New York.

This is a true hunter sales role. Your job is simple: get into the market, meet decision-makers, uncover opportunities, and win new business.

• $40,000 base salary with uncapped comissions!  

• 1st year expected earnings between $75,000 - $85,000.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop **new hospitality accounts** throughout the Buffalo and Rochester markets
• Spend your days calling on **restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, breweries, entertainment venues, schools, and other foodservice operations**
• Build relationships with owners, operators, chefs, general managers, and other key decision-makers
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and equipment demonstrations
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial prospecting through close
• Consistently identify new opportunities and drive territory growth

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and comfortable walking through the front door of a business and starting a conversation.

You should enjoy being out in the market, meeting people, creating your own opportunities, and building relationships. This isn't an account-management position where you're waiting for leads or maintaining an existing book of business — your focus is finding and closing new customers.

Previous outside sales experience is preferred, but we’re equally interested in individuals with a strong work ethic, confidence, and a genuine desire to build a career in sales.
