As a Café Associate, you'll serve pre-made items at the hot line, support basic prep, and keep the café clean and welcoming while following access and security procedures.


What You'll Do

As a Café Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers and serve pre-made food at the hot line with a friendly, professional approach
• Assist with basic cooking, baking, grilling, and food prep (client can flex based on skill level)
• Maintain a clean, organized service area; follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Handle simple POS/customer interactions and keep lines moving efficiently
• Follow all facility access procedures and dress code requirements

• Reliable attendance, clean, neat, and presentable appearance
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude; comfortable interacting with guests
• Ability to stand for shifts and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic kitchen skills (prep/cook/bake/grill) preferred, not required

Location & Schedule:

This position is inside a locked, secure corporate facility. Enter via the Main Entrance and present a passport or birth certificate for clearance. Dress code: closed-toe shoes; blue/black/white pants & shirt (apron and hat provided). The role offers on-site work in North Berwick and is scheduled for weekday mornings.
