Enterprise Transformation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the fast-paced retail and food service industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Transformation Specialist to join their team. As an integral part of the Strategy & Transformation department, you will support the execution of enterprise initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Pay rate: $20 - $27/hr

What's the Job?

• Own and manage the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across all initiatives within the Bird Comeback Plan.
• Define and enforce planning standards, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative.
• Lead the transformation operating cadence, facilitating regular updates and progress reports from initiative leaders.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively surface risks, delays, or scope gaps, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across projects.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, transformation, or strategy roles.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with project management software such as Monday, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to work.
