Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, including opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures, thorough communication, and occasional problem‑solving/troubleshooting. Learn to perform all essential GM duties, ensuring completion of these duties during the GM's absence or at the GM's request. Train, supervise, coach and motivate a team of dedicated employees. Assist the GM in recruiting and disciplinary processes. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies. Manage full cash-handling responsibilities. Requirements High school degree or equivalent. Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong delegation and coaching skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make quick decisions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts.
