Real Property/Estate Portfolio Specialist

Job Title
In this position, you will:
- Manage Bureau Assets Independently : Oversee all bureau-owned and leased real property assets, applying regulatory guidelines to resolve complex space management issues with minimal supervision.
- Direct Federal Compliance Reporting : Serve as the primary point of contact for department-wide reporting to the GSA Federal Real Property Profile, ensuring strict accuracy and adherence to federal mandates.
- Control Master Space Records : Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready data tracking the exact amount, type, and financial value of all assigned bureau real estate holdings.
- Formulate Documentation Solutions : Interpret federal reporting requirements to prepare, validate, and submit complex agency documentation and technical reports.
