Minimum Requirements

Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license in South Carolina required prior to the start of assignment. Current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation. Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits from first to last patient. Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Experience evaluating functional status, developing plan of care, documenting progress notes per agency policy, and coordinating with interdisciplinary team preferred. Ability to function in diverse home environments and provide patient- and family-centered instruction and education. Minimum education requirement: Associate degree. Additional degrees preferred.
