As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our creative, technical,and commercial teams to deliver world-class projects to the highest standard.

\n

\n

You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following Skills and Experience :

\n

\n
• Strong experience in live events and touring environments
\n
• Strong knowledge of live event production equipment (laser, pyro, or SFX experience preferred)
\n
• Confident working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced international environment
\n
• Computer literate with understanding of networks, IP systems, and booking/software platforms
\n
• High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
\n
• Proven track record managing project budgets, technical schedules, and quoting
\n
• Solid experience in a project management or technical coordinator role within the live events/touring industry
\n

Purpose of the Role

\n

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Liaising with clients and working with ER’s creative department to work on a variety of jobs like tours or installations
\n
• Create technical plans and provide information for the show event
\n
• Creating quotations and negotiate on pricing
\n
• Manage project budgets and suppliers
\n
• Create and provide safety information to clients
\n
• Liaise with ER’s tech team to ensure the event is delivered to the highest standard and meets the clients expectations
\n
• Will be required to attend sites occasionally to form client relationships (locally and internationally)
\n
