Production Operator / Manufacturing Associate in Des Moines, IA

• 12-hour rotating shifts (3 days on 4 days off)
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating schedule, including weekends as required
• $18/hr

• We are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for safely operating equipment, assembling and packaging ingredients, following strict quality and safety standards, and supporting sanitation and production goals. Must have 2 years production experience reflected on resume.

• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times
• Operate production machinery and automated equipment
• Pack, assemble, and handle product ingredients according to specifications
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency
• Perform department sanitation and cleaning duties
• Identify and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues as needed
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Use computer systems for production tracking and daily work activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred (strong candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Willingness to assist with other duties as needed

• Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures is required
• PPE must be worn in designated areas, including:
• Hard-toe safety shoes
• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection
• Respirator (when required)
• Manufacturing environment may include noise, dust, and exposure to industrial equipment
