RN - PCU

RN Intermediate Care

The position requires a registered nurse with experience in intermediate care. Experience in critical care settings is mandatory. The nurse will work in a unit with a capacity of 30 beds. Patient ratios are 1:4 or 1:3. Common patient conditions include STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, sepsis, CABG, acute respiratory failure, and atrial fibrillation with RVR. The nurse may float to medical surgical and telemetry units when necessary. The working hours will include guaranteed hours for the week. The facility is Joint Commission accredited and offers a supportive environment for both patients and staff. Candidates should possess a strong ability to work under pressure and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
