City of Spokane Valley

The City of Spokane Valley is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the HR programs and act as a key advisor to the City Manager and Deputy City Manager. The role identifies opportunities, outlines strategic options, and shapes policies to meet future staffing needs in a dynamic municipal environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to solve complex employment and risk management challenges.
