As a Grinder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through various grinding techniques. • Set up and operate various grinding machines including surface grinders, manual grinders, CNC grinders, ID grinders, and OD/ID grinding machines.
• Perform deburring tasks to ensure smooth finishes on machined parts.
• Conduct precision measurement and inspection of finished products to meet quality standards.
• Execute machine setups for production runs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and requirements.
• Utilize shop math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

• Experience in deburring and grinding operations a plus.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid shop math skills for accurate calculations.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
