HANSONS is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to help homeowners enjoy a great experience from their first appointment through project completion! You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep daily operations organized. No construction experience needed - we'll train you! What We Offer

- Starting pay is $20-$22/hour based on experience and qualifications.

- Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
- Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
- Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
- Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Order office and sales supplies.
- Support daily office operations and project completion.
- 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
- Comfortable managing changing priorities
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
