You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, provide counseling, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure that every student receives the support they need to reach their potential. Beyond testing and data, this position emphasizes proactive engagement-creating school-wide systems that promote wellness, resilience, and emotional safety. You'll also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention plans, facilitate problem-solving meetings, and guide staff in evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes. Whether helping an individual student navigate challenges or contributing to broader wellness initiatives, your work will directly enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
