Craft individualized treatment plans that meet both short-term and long-term speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions with a focus on communication, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing practices.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and loved ones to ensure a seamless care strategy.

Educate patients and their families, supporting their growth outside of the therapy sessions.

Partake in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain continuity of care along the patient journey.

Ensure comprehensive documentation is kept timely and accurate, adhering to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing professional growth through continuing education opportunities and peer collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

A completed supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based methodologies suitable for all ages, demonstrating a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Adept at modifying therapy approaches to cater to differing cultural and linguistic contexts.

Strong clinical judgment complemented by excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and proficient in documentation protocols.
