Receptionist PositionAs a receptionist you are the face of the practice, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person! Working with Western Dental / Brident Dental you will enjoy being a part of one of our brand new beautiful, modern, and fully equipped dental practices.ResponsibilitiesCustomer service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissalRespond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policiesAnswering telephonesScheduling appointmentsMaintaining appointment bookConfirming appointmentsFollow up on no shows/cancellation of appointmentsRegister patients on sign in sheetChart fillingCash handlingChecking voicemail on a daily basisMaintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patientsAt all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the office manager or the pdmSupports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growthAll other duties as assignedBenefits for full time team membersPaid time off (PTO)Medical and dental insuranceVision coverage401K planHighly competitive salariesOutstanding professional trainingExceptional growth and career advancement opportunitiesTuition reimbursement for certificationsQualificationsSome training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers
