Responsibilities Plans and executes sales activities (active client research, booking and conducting client meetings, etc.) to meet determined objectives Executes strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met May prepare marketing plans, in cooperation with the marketing department, as a basis for an effective sales intervention Develops and maintains important customer contacts to build long‑term profitable relationships Stays well informed about market trends to conduct assessments of long‑term market needs Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities Role Expectations A Senior Individual Contributor applies advanced knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education as well as work experience. Responsibilities may include managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision, and coaching, delegating, and reviewing the work of lower‑level employees.
