Staffing Recruiter

We are assisting a company in Neville Island, PA with their search for a temp to hire Recruiter.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct phone screens.
Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with managers.
Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Recruiter:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience, or combination of the two.
Experience with Bamboo system is a plus
Must be able to work on site in Neville Island, PA
Monday-Friday
8am-4:30pm
$23-27/hr
