About the Role

As an Agent in Training, you will deliver customized protection solutions to clients while sharpening your business and sales strategies alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively secure new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking

• Conduct comprehensive insurance consultations to match clients with the right coverage

• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build and sustain strong client relationships with personalized service and ongoing support

• Manage sales activities, follow-ups, and renewals through CRM systems

• Maintain full compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company standards

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with proven insurance experience and the necessary California licensing.

• 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)

• Active California Property & Casualty License ( or willing to obtain)

• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Consistent track record of meeting production goals

• High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative

Compensation Range: $55K - $75K
