Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures that crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed effectively, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, provides training, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and that crew members receive recognition and motivation throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
