Physical Therapist - Livingston, TX

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (On-site)

Patient Population: Youth athletes & Adult and active geriatric patients

Schedule: Mon - Fri (Days) No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements

Setting: Outpatient clinic setting

Average caseload: 11-12 patients per 8-hour day

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support patients through education and home exercise programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services aligned with professional standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional clinical presence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or pending licensure with boards scheduled within 6 months)
• Open to new graduates
