Litigation Associate - Employment, Labor & Workforce Management Glenmont Group's client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a strong background in labor and employment law to join their New York team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases across federal and state employment matters while collaborating with a leading practice group. What You'll Gain:

- Admission to practice law in New York and excellent written/oral communication skills
