This full-time maternity leave position spans from early November to late January, with the potential for extension. You’ll have the chance to positively impact students across two elementary schools and support a private school student, helping them develop essential skills for educational success. The role is based near the Kennesaw, GA area, primarily serving elementary-aged children in diverse learning environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience as a school-based OT highly preferred
• Ability to efficiently manage a dynamic caseload across multiple locations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Attention to detail when maintaining student records and developing individualized plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, therapeutic interventions tailored to elementary school students and one private school student
• Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance with school policies and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy services, document progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth and independence
• Participate in team meetings and contribute your expertise to school-based support teams
