Quality Assurance Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will validate application builds, contribute to automated test suites, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. Key responsibilities Validating complex issues and diagnosing run failure reports to transform them into actionable tasks Contributing fixes and new tests to automated test suites while mentoring junior QA engineers Developing and executing comprehensive test plans that cover functional requirements for medium to high complexity bugs and features Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or at least 4 years of relevant experience 3-5 years of industry experience in quality assurance or a related field Strong programming knowledge in at least one language (Python, Java/JavaScript, C++) Proficient with source control management systems, such as Git Experience with setup and querying of SQL databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
