Senior Property Manager

Beverly Hills, CA – Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and dependable person to help manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and work directly with the owner. This is a hands‑on position. The right person will help oversee day‑to‑day operation of the properties, coordinate repairs and maintenance, work with tenants, and assist with various projects as they come up. Responsibilities Manage relationships with residential and commercial tenants Prepare and handle residential and commercial leases Follow up on lease renewals and tenant issues Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements Work with contractors, vendors Oversee small renovation and construction projects Obtain bids and monitor work being performed Coordinate with outside real estate agents and brokers for leasing vacant spaces Follow up on showings, applications, and lease negotiations Help keep properties organized, maintained, and operating smoothly Assist the owner with day‑to‑day property and business matters Help coordinate new projects and follow up with attorneys, accountants, lenders, contractors, and other professionals when needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate Experience with commercial and residential leases Knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and renovations Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Good communication and follow‑up skills Ability to work independently and solve problems when they arise English required French is a strong plus Compensation Approximately $90,000 annual base salary Additional bonus based on performance To apply, please send your resume along with a brief summary of your experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oxynergy2
