Escrow Officer

We are a professional staffing firm working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We currently have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Escrow Officer to provide short-term desk coverage for an established escrow office in Beverly Hills, CA .
The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your Specific Duties Will Include:

• Independently managing an active refinance escrow desk during the coverage period.
• Handling refinance escrow files from opening through closing as needed.
• Reviewing and preparing escrow documents and correspondence.
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers, title representatives, and other parties to the transaction.
• Reviewing file documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Managing escrow instructions, funding requirements, and closing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and organized escrow files.
• Providing professional communication and timely follow-up throughout the escrow process.
• Ensuring files continue moving efficiently while the regular Escrow Officer is out of the office.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Previous experience working as an Escrow Officer.
• Strong knowledge of the refinance escrow process.
• Experience using RBJ.
• Ability to independently manage an escrow desk without extensive training or supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma.

Pay Rate : $30.00 Per Hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
