Physical Therapist Float

MedStar Health seeks a Physical Therapist Float to provide high-quality rehabilitative care across multiple hospital and outpatient locations in the Maryland–Washington, DC region. In this role, you will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patient populations with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals. As a float PT, you will adapt quickly to different units and teams while supporting safe patient mobility, functional independence, and discharge planning.
