The firm employs more than 400 people across offices in Boston, New York, London, San Francisco, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dallas.Position OverviewThe Senior Associate will lead operational due diligence reviews end-to-end, including gathering manager information, conducting meetings with CFO/COO-level employees at investment management firms, assessing key risk areas, and preparing detailed reports. This role reports to the Head of Operational Due Diligence.Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth ODD reviews of new and existing investment managers across hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and long-only strategies- Prepare and present detailed ODD reports assessing key operational risk areas, including staffing, fund accounting, trading operations, compliance policies, valuation procedures, and technology infrastructure- Maintain and manage the team's pipeline, coordinating with the Research team to ensure ODD completion prior to investment committee meetings- Work directly with investment managers to coordinate the ODD process, including document collection, virtual or on-site meetings, and follow-upsQualificationsPrior investment operations, risk management, and/or operational due diligence experience required.
