We are seeking an experienced Assembler / Test Technician III to join a manufacturing team building and testing large, heavy-duty equipment.This is a hands-on, physically demanding position ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy equipment assembly, hydraulics, mechanical tools, and industrial manufacturing.Pay & ScheduleUp to $22.00/hour, depending on experienceMonday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PMSome Saturdays may be requiredPotential for 8–12 hour shifts based on production needsWhat You'll DoSafely handle, lift, position, and assemble large steel components and heavy equipmentUse a variety of manual and pneumatic hand toolsOperate hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioning devices, and hydraulic pressesOperate overhead cranes and forkliftsAssist with mechanical testing programs and manufacturing proceduresRead and follow blueprints, mechanical drawings, and written proceduresPrepare material lists and coordinate with supervisors and other departmentsHelp ensure products are completed and shipped on scheduleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssist with installation of test equipment, including strain gaugesTake a leadership role with the assembly crew when the Lead is unavailableTravel for field assignments may be required, including onshore/offshore workWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 4 years of heavy equipment assembly experienceHeavy equipment manufacturing and/or oilfield services experience preferredStrong experience with: manual and pneumatic hand tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioning equipment, hydraulic presses, overhead cranes, forkliftsAbility to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawingsStrong understanding of mechanical equipment and manufacturing processesExcellent safety awareness and a strong safety recordBasic math and weights/measures conversion skillsStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical RequirementsThis is a physically demanding manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:Frequently lift up to 50 lbsOccasionally lift 75–100 lbs with assistanceStand, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periodsWork 8–12 hour shifts when requiredWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork in elevated areas and confined spaces while following required PPE and safety proceduresTravel & Field WorkTravel may be required, including onshore, offshore, and potentially international assignments. Extended travel of up to 30 days may be required depending on the project.Offshore/field work may involve extreme weather, hazardous environments, elevated work areas, and confined spaces.
